Life Membership or Special Membership.

You may pay online with Zelle or any major credit or debit card.

How to Pay with Zelle

  1. Open your bank’s mobile app or the Zelle app.
  2. Select the option to send money.
  3. Enter the following email address: info@UHCofNY.org
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay.
  5. You must include your Membership Number inclusive of the
    prefix letter in the payment memo.
  6. Confirm and send the payment.

Note: Zelle payments are manual and not processed through this website.
After sending your payment, please email a confirmation to
info@UHCofNY.org so we can verify your membership.
